With DECISION December 15, 2010 prot. n.02/CN/ALBO , the National Association of Environmental Managers has regulated the entry of companies engaged in trading and brokering of waste without holding the waste.
companies already in business may enroll up to 18/04/2011, without having the technical manager as will a further 3 years to meet this requirement.
