In data 3 dicembre 2010 è stato registrato il D.P.C.M. contenente le modalità di presentazione delle domande di rimborso delle spese sostenute per adozione internazionale, con riferimento alle adozioni internazionali di minori stranieri, il cui ingresso e la residenza permanente in Italia siano stati autorizzati during the period between January 1 and December 31, 2009.
The Decree and its attachments will be published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic on December 9.
Spouses who have completed the adoption in 2009 can therefore submit claims for reimbursement using the appropriate models. Reimbursement requests must be submitted by January 31, 2011 and will be educated in chronological order of the list.
